Shipping your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 48 business hours after receipt of your payment, except in special situations such as COVID-19.

In addition to this period, there is the transit time; for metropolitan France, this is generally 48 business hours.
The standard shipping method is Colissimo.

The contribution to shipping costs includes packing, handling, and postage fees. This cost is a flat rate and depends solely on the country of delivery.

We advise you to group your purchases in a single order. We cannot group two distinct orders, and you will have to pay shipping fees for each of them. Special care is taken with packaging.

Shipping is free for France on orders over €150 and over €300 for other destinations.

All shipments include insurance (see general terms and conditions). The package must be checked by you in the presence of the carrier, who will draw up a report in the event of a problem (particularly if the package is damaged or open). In case of loss, theft, or damage to the package, you must file a claim with your post office and send us a copy.

Due to changes in customs regulations by the postal service regarding shipments to the United States, we cannot provide shipping to this destination until further notice.

Returns

Any potential return of a package is subject to the applicable legal rules. We thank you for contacting us before making any return.

The return packaging must be rigid and of sufficient quality to protect the goods.
